I'm Makeisha Williams-Thompson — and for over 20 years, I lived inside the beauty industry. I know what it feels like to be talented, booked, and still financially stuck. I know what it means to pour everything into your craft and still wonder why the numbers never match the effort.
I've built, failed, rebuilt, and kept going. Somewhere along the way — through the struggles, the lessons, and the breakthroughs — I discovered something that changed everything:
